Own the AeonR integrated assembly from design release to shipment.
Develop the build process to meet production targets and reduce build issues.
Develop processes and specs to improve AeonR engine production rate.
Support production to deliver engines by resolving build issues and implementing technician feedback.
Assist with developing business tools and define pilot ERP, MES, QMS solutions for manufacturing.
Collaborate with teams across sites to ensure smooth integration.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
Strong communication; able to write detailed work instructions.
Experience leading a small team.
Familiarity with Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing.
Experience with precision inspection techniques.
Propulsion development experience.
