🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years tooling design, build, and commissioning experience
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/mechanical engineering or equivalent
- CAD and FEA experience; NX and ANSYS Workbench preferred
- DFx: design for manufacturability and design for assembly
- GD&T and tolerance/stack-up analysis knowledge
- Experience with custom tooling: motors, actuators, linear rails, pneumatics
