- At least 2 years in Web3 with hands-on experience with exchanges, wallets, or DeFi.
- Identify target clients quickly with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing high-potential client relationships; client service preferred.
- Understanding of financial markets, derivatives and risk; banking/asset mgmt a plus.
- Strong KPI focus; data-driven performance management.
