  • At least 2 years in Web3 with hands-on experience with exchanges, wallets, or DeFi.
  • Identify target clients quickly with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing high-potential client relationships; client service preferred.
  • Understanding of financial markets, derivatives and risk; banking/asset mgmt a plus.
  • Strong KPI focus; data-driven performance management.
