  • Own the full-cycle sales process β€” identify and qualify new professional client leads, manage the sales funnel from initial outreach through to closing, and ensure a smooth transition into post-sales client success.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process, including client verification and account activation, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from day one.
  • Serve as the dedicated relationship lead for assigned strategic accounts, resolving day-to-day inquiries.
  • Serve as a clear and confident communicator between clients and internal teams β€” including product, legal, compliance, and operations β€” ensuring alignment and timely resolution across all touchpoints.
