- Act as strategic advisor to customers, aligning MongoDB initiatives with their strategy.

- Ability to execute on activity and pipeline expectations and standards of excellence.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication to diverse audiences.
- Background and passion for driving customer value via virtual enablement.
- Proven ability to articulate value of complex enterprise tech.
- Curiosity to learn MongoDB concepts and databases.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to leverage tools and data to gain insights into MongoDB usage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in changeable, ambiguous environment and build processes.
- Highly organized with attention to detail; ownership of customer situations.
- Team player; collaborates across GTM teams (SAs, PS, Tech, Deal Strategy, Legal).
- Prior exposure to database, cloud and infrastructure tech a plus.
