🎯 Requirements
- Current PT or OT license in good standing.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Minimum of two years community health experience.
- Prior clinical and managerial experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS and Medicare COPs for Home Health.
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills.
