Coordinate rehab therapy programs, including speech therapy, for WelbeHealth participants.
Oversee rehab staff performance, clinical operations, and department budgeting.
Ensure services comply with regulatory and professional competency standards.
Guide and direct staff; participate in treatments as needed.
Manage contracts for speech therapy and ensure quality of services.
Conduct home visits to oversee therapy in the home and equipment setup.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy with 5+ years rehab experience.
2+ years direct rehab management/leadership experience preferred.
Experience treating frail elderly participants with complex needs.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred).
