Lead rehab programs and supervise rehab staff for WelbeHealth participants.
Ensure team assists participants and therapists with appointment prep.
Oversee treatment program delivery as directed by supervising therapists.
Manage contracts for speech therapy as needed.
Ensure compliance with rehab, PACE, and ADHC regulations.
Communicate staffing and policy needs with Center Director and Clinical Services Director.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy plus 5 years rehab experience.
Knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex needs (Physical/Occupational Therapy).
Two years rehab supervisory experience and ability to mentor staff.
CPR/First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred on hire).
