- Lead day-to-day management of therapy programs.
- Help participants and therapists prep for appointments.
- Oversee teams delivering treatment plans as assigned.

- Communicate staffing needs to Center and Clinical Directors.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Physical/Occupational Therapy; 5+ years rehab exp.
- 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
- Two years supervisory experience; mentor staff.
- Therapy knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex needs.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days.
- Must meet regulatory standards for rehab services and PACE/ADHC.
