Provide direct supervision and support to field clinical staff
Ensure compliance with Medicare CoPs, state regs, and agency protocols
Monitor QA processes, including OASIS, Plan of Care, and chart reviews
Facilitate staff orientation, education, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in hiring, training, and retention of clinical staff

🎯 Requirements

Current PT or RN license in good standing
2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
Excellent organization and communication skills
Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others
Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations and lead teams through change
