🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in legal or regulatory roles (compliance/audit/controls) preferred.
- Education: business or legal degree.
- IT and documentation: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and policy-writing experience.
- Understanding of the three lines of defence model and risk/controls assessment.
- Experience interpreting regulations and translating to actionable items.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and lead tasks with minimal supervision.
