• Manage and coach a small, growing team, including senior-level talent.

• Oversee regulatory compliance in finance ops: wagering tax, tax reporting, and audits.
\n
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of compliance deliverables via reviews.
\n
• Serve as primary liaison with regulators and external partners on compliance matters.
\n
• Drive process improvements across compliance workflows using automation, AI, and data analytics.
\n
• Partner with Finance, Advisory, Product, Tech to embed compliance in initiatives.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree required.
\n
• 5+ years in tax, compliance, audit, or related regulated field.
\n
• Prior people management or team lead experience.
\n
• Ability to review and challenge complex analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
\n
• Willingness to develop expertise in information reporting and withholding (1099/1042/W-2G).
\n
• Data-driven with experience using large datasets, models, analytics for compliance.
\n
