Own end-to-end U.S. regulatory reporting for digital assets and stablecoins.
Interpret U.S. stablecoin regulatory requirements; translate to specs with Legal.
Manage the full regulatory reporting lifecycle from data sourcing to submission.
Ensure reports cover on-chain and off-chain activities and risks.
Design a robust control framework with data quality checks and audit docs.
Partner with Eng, Data, Finance, Compliance, and Legal to improve data lineage.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years leading regulatory reporting programs in regulated financial services (stablecoins).
Strong understanding of U.S. compliance for stablecoins, incl. evolving federal/state frameworks.
Experience engaging with U.S. regulators (OCC/Treasury) on reporting.
Ability to work across on-chain/off-chain data, ledgers, and third-party systems.
Experience analyzing financial statements and reserve data for regulatory reports.
Financial services background with exposure to stablecoins/digital assets.
