Regulatory Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Proactively interpret regulatory rules for the Spanish Branch and ensure accurate returns.
• Develop and maintain processes to document Monzo’s regulatory interpretations.
• Ensure returns comply with regulations with governance and timeliness.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists to source data efficiently.
• Prepare regulatory returns for Monzo’s Spain branch; support automation and UAT.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting automation and safe change management.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Deep experience with Spanish financial regs and Banco de España reporting.
• Experience in large-scale automation and UAT for reporting (AXIOM).
• Able to propose and implement dynamic regulatory solutions quickly.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management; people management.
• Numerically astute with excellent attention to detail; hands-on.
