- Horizon scan and interpret rules (e.g., CRR) for capital.

- Partner with product, treasury and risk on regulatory implications of new products.
- Drive automation of regulatory returns, including implementation and UAT.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience understanding regulatory reporting requirements and data needs.
- Experience implementing and testing automated reporting; AXIOM desirable.
- Ability to design dynamic, fast, safe regulatory solutions.
- Strong planning, organization and people management skills.
- Proven leadership, coaching and empathy in team settings.
- Numerically astute, detail-oriented, hands-on with automation.
