- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and LLMs.
- Led change management in risk-sensitive environments.
- Strong data analytics; track remediation metrics; build business cases.
- High EQ; influence across Compliance, Legal, Eng, BizOps.
- Experience in regulated fintech; AML/BSA, CFPB, consent orders.
- Capable of presenting to Steering Committee and Board.
