🎯 Requirements

5+ years in legal/compliance/regulatory affairs in money transmission or virtual currency
Must have experience with NMLS
BA/BS degree or paralegal experience is a plus
Experience with licensing maintenance and reporting; new license applications; exam experience a plus
Familiarity with money transmission or virtual currency regulations, BSA/AML, FINRA/SEC rules
Experience interpreting regulatory obligations across multiple disciplines
