📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a high-performing regulatory team.
• Manage end-to-end federal examinations with OCC, from prep to MRAs.
• Oversee US federal branch license and Canadian licensing.
• Lead strategy for new licenses/regulatory approvals.
• Bridge NA regulatory insights to Amsterdam and align global framework.
• Prepare leadership for OCC supervision meetings with a unified voice.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 10+ years in regulatory legal affairs, licensing, or bank supervision.
• Proven people leadership of legal/regulatory teams.
• Deep knowledge of OCC Comptroller's Handbook and Safety and Soundness standards.
• Familiarity with Canadian AML/ATF framework and retail payment oversight.
• Diplomacy and advocacy skills; ability to build high-trust regulator relationships.
