📋 Description

• Lead FanDuel's Regulatory function across jurisdictions.
• Oversee investigations, inquiries, and enforcement across all FanDuel products.
• Oversee product advisory function, providing regulatory counsel across products.
• Lead multi-jurisdictional team of regulatory attorneys and professionals.
• Advise executive leadership and cross-functional teams on regulatory obligations.
• Represent FanDuel with regulators and in industry forums.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from a top-tier law school; member of at least one state bar.
• 15+ years legal experience; regulator/prosecutor; in-house in a regulated company.
• Success in regulatory engagement with regulators and external stakeholders.
• Lead complex investigations; develop policies, controls, reporting.
• Deep expertise designing and operating regulatory frameworks.
• Experience building and developing senior teams in fast-paced env.
