- Based in UAE or Israel; provide regulatory legal support for the Middle East.
- Lead licensing/registration portfolio for the Middle East.
- Advise on complex regulatory issues for payments and financial services.
- Monitor regulatory trends and developments in the Middle East.
- Partner with Product Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Risk and Financial Crime teams.
- Manage external counsel and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- 6–8 years post-qualification experience (P3 level).
- Fintech/payments regulatory experience in the Middle East.
- Mix of private practice and in-house ideal but not mandatory.
- Experience advising on regulatory matters with central banks/regulators in the Middle East.
- Fluent English; Arabic a plus; strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience using RegTech/LegalTech or AI tools is a plus.
