🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong fintech regulatory experience in law firms or financial institutions.
- Deep experience advising on regulatory matters and submissions.
- Deep knowledge of Korea's financial services regs (payments, remittance, FX).
- Experience expanding into new markets and launching regulatory licenses.
- Fluent in English and Korean; able to draft documents in both languages.
