🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with around 6–8 years PQE (P3 level).
- Strong EU/EEA fintech regulatory experience (payments/e-money).
- Private practice and in-house experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven success advising on regulatory matters with EU/national regulators.
- Deep knowledge of European financial services regs; licensing/registrations.
- Fluent in English; strong drafting; Lithuanian an advantage.
