Provide legal advice on significant regulatory matters for PRC PSP and Payoneer in China.
Support PRC PSP/Payoneer in relations with regulators (PBOC, SAFE).
Research/regulatory analysis across markets; monitor changes affecting PRC PSP and Payoneer.
Liaise with outside counsel in the region.
Support teams on new services; foster cross-functional relationships.
Assist senior/regulatory leaders in formulating policy strategy for PRC PSP/Payoneer.

🎯 Requirements

Fully qualified China-registered lawyer with 8+ years post-admission.
Financial services/payments experience preferred.
Experience with regulators in China is an advantage.
Ability to evaluate facts, identify issues, analyze statutes.
Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Able to work independently and in a team.
