Provide legal advice on regulatory matters affecting PRC PSP and Payoneer in China.
Support China Compliance in engaging regulators (PBOC, SAFE) for PRC PSP.
Research and analyze evolving regulations across markets impacting PRC PSP and Payoneer.
Liaise with outside counsel in the region.
Support business, marketing, and other teams in new services.
Assist senior/regulatory leaders to shape PRC PSP and Payoneer regulatory strategy.

🎯 Requirements

Fully qualified China-registered lawyer with 8+ years’ post-admission experience.
Financial services/payments experience preferred.
Experience with Chinese regulators is a plus.
Ability to interpret statutes and advise on actions.
Provide practical, strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Willing to travel occasionally; Guangzhou travel if based in Shanghai/Shenzhen.
