- Liaise with senior stakeholders and manage external counsel.
- Leverage AI and other tooling to enhance regulatory work and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with around 6-8 years of experience.
- Fintech regulatory experience in private practice or in-house.
- Deep experience with regulatory submissions, filings and strategy.
- In-depth Korea financial services regs (payments/remittance/FX).
- Experience expanding into new markets and licensing fintech.
- Fluent in English and Korean; able to draft documents in both.
