- Identify regulatory matters for new markets/products
- Draft & maintain customer credit docs (credit agreements, NOSIAs)
- Provide risk advice to CCO and senior management; log actions
- Coordinate external advisers and capture learnings in templates
- Assist with broader legal work: negotiate terms and NDAs
🎯 Requirements
- Qualified UK Solicitor
- Consumer Credit Act knowledge; FCA CONC familiarity
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong ability to evaluate risk and propose actions
- Ability to negotiate with external parties
- Strong team-player qualities
