📋 Description

• Director, Regulatory Compliance for licensed non-bank payments in China
• Handle regulatory compliance and risk control for China operations
• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy and monitor trends
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations and Legal to ensure compliance
• Manage PRC regulatory filings and reports; liaise with regulators
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across the Airwallex group

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years post-qualification experience
• 5+ years in regulatory compliance for payments/FX
• Strong knowledge of PBOC and SAFE licenses
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong drafting skills
• Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
