📋 Description

• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impact to Adyen.
• Operationalise regulatory requirements in Japan.
• Manage routine and ad hoc regulatory requests and filings.
• Manage corporate governance and secretarial work for Japan.
• Research and advise on regulatory matters with merchants, providers and stakeholders aligned with Adyen objectives for scale.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance support function.
• Strong written and spoken Japanese and English communication.
• Strong research, statutory interpretation and organisation skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinker with strategic, innovative problem-solving skills.
• Initiative, independence and ownership enabling fast growth.
