Support CN Regulatory Compliance Officer in end-to-end compliance for mainland China NBI.
Monitor PRC payment, cross-border RMB, and FX policy updates; prepare trend reports.
Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Ops, and Legal to embed compliance in products and processes.
Draft and update internal compliance manuals, policies, procedures, and controls; conduct reviews.
Prepare supporting documents for license upgrades and product changes.
Manage day-to-day licenses, filings, and records; coordinate regulator communications.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in regulatory compliance; 3+ years in payment services.
Knowledge of PBOC and SAFE for non-bank payment institutions.
Experience with regulatory filings, license maintenance, policy drafting.
Strong stakeholder management with regulators and teams.
Fluent in English and Chinese; able to draft compliance docs.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Admin or related field preferred.
