📋 Description

• Lead the resilience program and business continuity operations.
• Map people, processes, technology, and data; identify single points of failure.
• Define impact tolerances and recovery objectives with measurable metrics.
• Build and facilitate cross-functional, multi-layered testing across jurisdictions.
• Lead annual business impact analyses and risk assessments.
• Support Crisis Management ensuring regulatory notification timelines.
• Prepare reporting and materials for Board and Risk Committees.
• Provide operational support across Regulatory Compliance areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in resilience or risk programs in fintech or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of FCA, MAS, and EU DORA regulatory requirements.
• Strong risk assessment methodologies and business impact analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with regulators and senior management.
• Experience crafting and facilitating readiness tests.
• Ability to leverage tooling for centralized data management, dependency mapping, and real-time reporting.
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
