📋 Description

• Oversee and implement Coinbase Australia’s regulatory compliance framework.
• Monitor Target Market Determinations (TMDs) and support DDO governance.
• Maintain regulatory breach register; coordinate breach assessments and ASIC notices.
• Maintain structured records and audit trails per AFSL, RG 175, and regs.
• Prepare for ASIC regulatory engagement; draft responses and logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in compliance, regulatory, or risk roles in Australian financial services.
• Knowledge of Corporations Act 2001 (ch. 7) and ASIC guidance.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to perform tasks under time pressure.
• Effective written communication for regulatory correspondence and reports.
• Ability to work independently on BAU regulatory tasks; escalate when needed.
• Comfort designing workflows in a fast-paced environment and openness to AI tools.
