📋 Description

• Acts as a regulatory compliance resource for policies and regs.
• Maintains awareness of laws affecting the Credit Union.
• Researches and responds to department compliance requests.
• Uses a compliance management system to track updates.
• Acts as NMLS Administrator for SAFE Act Compliance.
• Conducts compliance testing and prepares reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial institution regulatory compliance experience.
• Level II: 4+ years regulatory experience.
• Level III: 6+ years with 3+ years in compliance.
• Regulatory compliance certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
