Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Banking)

📋 Description

• Acts as compliance resource across the organization.
• Maintains awareness of laws and regulations affecting the Credit Union.
• Researches and responds to compliance requests from departments.
• Participates in compliance-related projects and testing.
• Drafts and revises forms, disclosures, and policies for regulatory compliance.
• Manages the compliance management system and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years regulatory compliance in financial institutions (Level I).
• 4+ years regulatory compliance experience (Level II).
• 6+ years regulatory compliance experience (Level III).
• Regulatory compliance certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
