Regulatory Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• End-to-end coordination of regulatory examinations and inquiries (Europe & APAC).
• Central point for regulatory engagement across compliance, legal, risk, and business.
• Support preparation and submission of regulatory reports and supervisory requests.
• Primary contact for AML/audit coordination, documents, and auditor interactions.
• Drive post-examination remediation plans, tracking, escalation, and closure.
• Deliver updates to senior management and board on status and remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in financial crime compliance (AML/CFT, sanctions) in Europe or APAC.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of AML/CFT frameworks and regulatory expectations.
