Develop, update, and document internal policies related to Basel capital.
Lead the preparation and maintenance of Pillar 3 reports per Central Bank rules.
Collaborate with technical teams to automate processes and improve reports.
Support compliance with new BACEN regulations with urgency and precision.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in auditing or payment institutions with regulatory knowledge.
Hands-on regulatory reporting experience (CADOCs, Pillar 3, DLO, DLI).
Strong analytical skills and solid capital adequacy accounting knowledge.
Advanced English to follow technical training and materials.
