Monitor RA operations per DoD PKI CPS, RPS, JSP processes to align with DISA audits.
Provide outstanding customer support and knowledge transfer.
Issuance of NPE, user, admin, group, role, VIP, and mobile code-signing certificates.
Support revocation, suspension, and restoration of certificates on Unclassified and Classified networks.
Register/terminate RAs and Trusted Agents (TAs).
Perform third-party key recovery.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years' IA/Cybersecurity experience
1-3 years' PKI/PKE DoD or Federal experience
0-1 years' RA/KRA on NIPR/SIPR
DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Sec+)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow policies and procedures
