📋 Description

• Provide status updates for hospitalized patients and post-op instructions.
• Greet clients and escort pets; explain home care and vaccines.
• Restrain animals safely; assist veterinarians in procedures.
• Administer anesthesia; monitor during surgery and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medication labeling.
• Ensure equipment and rooms are prepared and maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing.
• New grads from accredited vet tech program welcome.
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
• Knowledge of common disease states; alert vets to changes.
• Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm with rotating Saturdays.
