Deliver home-based care to infants, children, and adults on the Transition Team.
Support care transitions from hospital to ongoing home care.
Learn to care for clients with rare and complex diseases.
Provide quality care and training to the BAYADA care team.
Shift options include day and overnight (Mon-Sun).
Travel across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

🎯 Requirements

NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
Achieve a passing score on high-tech adult and pediatric simulations.
Hold current CPR certification.
Ability to educate the ongoing BAYADA care team.
Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule.
Ability to travel within the service area.
