- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care at clients' homes for all ages.
- Initial 4-6 weeks of care to transition from hospital.
- Travel to client homes for full 12-hour shifts.
- Assess and monitor patients; document orders and evaluations.
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet care plans.
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one home nursing care.
🎯 Requirements
- Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing; CPR Certified.
- One year of RN experience; hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator.
- Willing to work across Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson Counties.
- Willing to care for all ages; infant through geriatric; in-home or in-school.
- Pediatric or infant care experience; in-home or in-school settings.
- Commitment to two 12-hour shifts per week and one weekend per month.
