Conduct home visits to clients in designated territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager
Document doctors' orders and follow up for accuracy
Perform client assessments and coordinate care

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal skills
Prior home care experience preferred but not required
