Making home visits after hours and weekends for clients in designated territories.
Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to the manager.
Follow up on and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Current NJ RN license.
Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care experience strongly preferred.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
