- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administering medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
- Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to managers.
- Following up with and documenting doctors' orders.

- Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
🎯 Requirements
- Current NJ RN license.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care or Hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with EMR preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
