- Making home visits to clients after hours and on weekends.
- Administering meds, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to the manager.
- Following up, executing, and documenting doctors' orders.
- Performing client assessments as necessary.
🎯 Requirements
- Current PA RN license.
- At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Home care/hospice experience preferred, not required.
- Strong computer skills with EMR experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
