Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up on doctors' orders; document them.
Perform client assessments as needed.
On-call after hours and weekends; 7 nights on/off.

🎯 Requirements

VT/NH RN license current.
1+ year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care/hospice experience preferred.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Willingness to travel to cases.
