Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Administering medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitoring client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Following up on, executing, and documenting doctors' orders.
Performing client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

NJ RN license (current) in good standing.
Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
