Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Following up with, executing, and documenting doctors' orders.
Performing client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

A current RN license in NJ.
Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to assigned cases.
