- Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical Services Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.

- Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
🎯 Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania RN license.
- Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Home health care or hospice experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
