Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administering medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Execute and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as needed.
Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in NH.
Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred, but not required.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
