Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care at home for medically complex clients.
Support safe transitions from hospital/rehab to ongoing home care.
Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care.
Train and mentor the ongoing BAYADA care team to maintain quality.
Travel throughout Ocean County to deliver care.
Work in a teaching setting to educate the BAYADA care team.

🎯 Requirements

Current license as a Registered Nurse RN.
Home care trach/vent experience, NICU, PICU, or ICU required.
Pass high-tech adult and pediatric simulations.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to work in a teaching/educational role for BAYADA team.
Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule.
Ability to travel across Ocean County.
