Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments and case management using a touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current NC RN license
Graduation from accredited nursing program
Home Health experience required
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills; travel to cases required
EMR experience and solid computer skills
